U.K. Deliveries:

Standard delivery is 48hr tracked service with Royal Mail, and should be received within 2-3 working days from dispatch date. All items have a turnaround timeframe at point of order.

If you need your items quicker than this you can upgrade to 24hr tracked (royal mail) or DPD option at checkout. 

24hr tracked should be received with 1-2 days from dispatch date DPD is next day delivery from your dispatch date. 

If you need your items quicker than the order-dispatch timeframe please contact us to ensure we can fulfil your order on time. 

All items on one order will be sent together at the same time.

Vinyl orders are posted 2nd class with royal mail, upgrades available. Large letters are posted 2nd class, upgrades available. 

During busy periods these delivery times may differ slightly - so if an order is needed by a certain date please do let us know.

International shipping.

All international shipping is with royal mail tracked and signed service. 
EU shipping timeframes should be received within 10 days from dispatch date

Rest of the world shipping timeframes should be received within 14 days from dispatch date. 

PLEASE NOTE ALL DELIVERY TIMESFRAMES ARE ESTIMATED AND CAN TAKE LONGER. THIS IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL AND WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS. 

INTERNATIONAL COURIER SHIPPING is an upgrade that is available at checkout, it is tracked and should arrive within 5 days from dispatch date. 

Returns:

All customised-by-sharon items that are not personalised come with a 14 day money back guarantee. We hope that you are delighted with your purchase, but if you would like to return an item to us please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for our returns information. We cannot accept returned goods that have been opened or used in any way.

We cannot accept the return of any personalised items as they can't be used again - but if you feel that the bespoke items you have received are faulty or not fit for purpose, please contact us immediately. To be extra sure that our items are right for you, you can order samples to be sent before placing a larger order.
